Beach side gardens

29 days ago · updated the description of the group.

Committed to sharing a love of plants and wildlife, the group works together to help regenerate forgotten places around the Pearl Beach village. Join us as we weed, fertilise, and plant together, followed by a morning tea where we share ideas and discuss ways to improve the gardens and surrounding spaces.

The Garden Group meets fortnightly, usually on a Monday or Thursday at 9am, generally either near the foreshore park or at the hall. Contact us to confirm details.

Everyone is welcome — whether you’re an experienced gardener or simply happy to lend a hand.

For enquiries or to get involved, contact Duncan Bridel – dunx1945@icloud.com.

    Acknowledgment of Country

The Pearl Beach Progress Association acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land and waters on which our members live and work. We recognise the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities as well as acknowledging them for the indelible mark they have left on our cultural and creative practices. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with whom we work and share stories.
