Plodders Walking Group

Public·1 member

4 days ago · updated the description of the group.

Pearl Beach Plodders began in 1997, providing our community with a chance to get out and enjoy a walk (at a conversational pace) with a group of neighbours and friends. There have been many trips further afield for a week of walks in the Blue Mountains, Snowy Mountains, Lord Howe Island, Tasmania and New Zealand.

Walks are typically held on the 3rd Tuesday each month (except in extreme hot seasons). Details of each walk are notified by email and posted on the noticeboard at the hall. Please remember to bring your hat, sunscreen and water.

Contact Bev Lapacek on 0439 623 818 for more information.

    Acknowledgment of Country

The Pearl Beach Progress Association acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land and waters on which our members live and work. We recognise the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities as well as acknowledging them for the indelible mark they have left on our cultural and creative practices. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with whom we work and share stories.
