This page contain information on on the regular meeting of the association including General, Special General, Annual General and Executive Meetings. All meetings are held in the Memorial Hall.

General meetings are held ten times a year on the first Saturday of each month with the exception of January and June. Annual General Meetings are held once a year normally in October 

​

The Executive meets at least 10 time a year a week before the General meeting and if required also in the months the a General Meeting is not held.

Please feel free to join us at the Pearl Beach Progress Association’s General Meetings to stay up to date on local events, raise concerns, share ideas, and connect with fellow members of the community. These gatherings offer an opportunity to be involved in shaping the future of Pearl Beach, strengthen community ties, and ensure everyone has a voice. We also provide drinks and nibbles after each General Meeting to allow those attending to socialise afterwards
