Large crowds gathered at the Pearl Beach Memorial Hall on Saturday 7th June waiting to access the variety of items displayed and offered for sale at twenty stalls managed by members of the community who were selling and showcasing their favourite and unique items.

Included were pre-loved items ranging from designer clothes, household goods, home wares, kids toys and a variety of interesting memorabilia. The crowd enjoyed searching for that special bargain, or collectable item.

The Pearl Beach stall was packed with a vast variety of items donated by the members of the community with proceeds to the Memorial Hall upkeep and maintenance.

Volunteer members of the community managed the BBQ with a variety of other treats and the ‘Back Deck Cafe’ was also popular and well attended. The cake stall quickly sold out of their delectable home made cakes, and the raffle was well supported with four hampers as fabulous prizes.

The day brought the community, family and visitors together to have fun, socialise and enjoy

great weather. A huge thank you to those volunteers who generously gave their time to help

and raise a net total of $5,885.00 toward the upkeep and maintenance of the Memorial Hall.
